Responsibilities
- Enter shipment, customer, and account data accurately within defined timelines
- Input both text-based and numerical data from source documents into systems
- Maintain and update databases with high accuracy
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Verify accuracy and correct discrepancies where required
- Compile and sort data to prepare it for system entry
- Research and gather missing or incomplete information
- Generate reports and maintain organized records of completed work
- Perform data backup and ensure proper storage of information
- Apply standard operating procedures and data handling guidelines
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post-Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Operations or Data Entry roles
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in an Operations role
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Good organizational and time management skills
