Responsibilities
Automation Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java
- Automate UI and API test cases for web applications
- Develop reusable automation scripts and improve test coverage
- Execute regression, smoke, and functional test suites
Quality Assurance
- Identify, track, and report defects with detailed analysis
- Validate application functionality, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and release validation
CI/CD & Modern QA
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Improve automation stability and execution efficiency
- Follow QA best practices and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation and Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Java
- Experience in UI and API automation testing
- Good understanding of test frameworks and automation design
- Experience with tools like TestNG, JUnit, Maven, or similar
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress
- Knowledge of REST API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies
- Experience with distributed systems or cloud-based applications
