What is ACE (Automated Commercial Environment)?

ACE is the U.S. Customs and Border Protection system that processes virtually all import and export filings, payments, and trade data. It is the primary single window through which importers, brokers, carriers, and partner government agencies exchange information with CBP. Importers access their own data through the ACE Portal, which KlearNow helps clients set up as the first step of CAPE.
