What is the ACE Portal?

The ACE Portal is the importer-facing front door to CBP’s Automated Commercial Environment. Inside the portal, importers can view their entry summaries, periodic monthly statements, liquidation data, and ACH Refunds activity. Setting up ACE Portal access is the first step in the KlearNow CAPE process. KlearNow guides clients through the setup but does not log into ACE on their behalf.
