ACH Refunds

What are ACH Refunds?

ACH Refunds is a CBP program that returns duty, tax, and fee refunds to importers electronically rather than by paper check. Importers enroll once using CBP Form 4811, link a bank account, and from then on any refund — whether from a Post-Summary Correction, protest, drawback, or liquidation adjustment — flows automatically to that account. ACH Refunds enrollment is step two of the KlearNow CAPE process.
