What is CAPE (Customs Audit & Post-Entry)?

CAPE is KlearNow’s structured Customs Audit & Post-Entry program for U.S. importers. It walks importers through five steps: ACE Portal Access, ACH Refunds (4811), Know Your Data, Post-Entry Housekeeping, and CAPE Upload. The result is cleaner historical data, recovered duty, and a stronger compliance posture going forward. KlearNow guides clients through each step but does not log into ACE on their behalf.
