Denied Party Screening

What is Denied Party Screening?

Denied party screening is the process of checking every customer, supplier, freight forwarder, end user, and bank against U.S. and international restricted-party lists — OFAC SDN, BIS Entity List, State Department debarred list, and others — before transacting. Effective screening protects importers and exporters from sanctions and export-control violations.
