What is Post-Summary Correction (PSC)?

A Post-Summary Correction is the mechanism in ACE for amending a filed entry summary before liquidation. PSCs are used to correct classification, value, quantity, or other entry data, and to claim refunds when the original entry overstated duty owed. PSCs are a core tool of the KlearNow CAPE workflow.
