Q. In your view, what are the biggest challenges currently facing the logistics industry and how is KlearNow.AI positioned to address them?

KlearNow.AI maintains its broker licenses in the US, UK Canada, Spain and the Netherlands. We are a full-service customs broker in those locations and utilize a broker ecosystem in the US due to regulatory requirements. At each location we ensure compliance and our high standards are maintained. As we move towards selling our proven software for customs clearance, we will maintain our brokerage services in our key geographies but will allow all customs brokers globally to now experience AI based Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for customs clearance. This suite of
“engine” products includes our Data Engine, a pure IDP solution with integrations back into major Transportation Management System providers and or Customs Engine, which collates the data from across all trade documents and formats into the required customs filing forms. We always require human validation in the Customs Clearance process, to ensure checks and balances are in place and also to ensure machine learning in the case of any needed corrections.

We use the main digital channels for marketing but also utilize our in-house team of experienced customs brokers and supply chain experts and their networks. KlearNow.started as a customs software company that offers customs brokerage and ancillary services that ensured the software was built alongside experts. With KlearHub we now have a chance to market our software globally.
Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?
KlearNow.AI has significantly expanded its offering with the launch of KlearHub, a new AI-powered global customs clearance control tower. This cloud-based platform is designed to transform the way international trade documentation is managed, providing a transparent and efficient system for digitizing, storing, and managing trade documents.
