Your mission

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a software sales strategy for supply chain document management software platform.
  • Meet established sales goals and develop new business relationships via prospecting, customer research, networking, referrals, etc.
  • Handle the entire sales process from proposal to close, reaching or exceeding sales goals.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of the company’s product, creating innovative messaging to market the company’s product to the target market.
  • Conduct sales visits and software demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various competing products.
  • Develop touch patterns, including email, phone and InMail outreach, aligning messaging to use-cases within the target market.
  • Identify and engage decision makers and propose appropriate next steps.
  • Develop and maintain customer portfolios, contact lists, and customer activity records.
  • Represent the company at conferences, meetings, trade shows, etc.
  • Identify and evolve with the latest industry and business development trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional / industry organizations.
  • Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide responsive customer service and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Support client delivery/onboarding and advise on technical matters after the sale through Go-Live.
  • Assists in responding to requests for proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or equivalent preferred.
  • 5 or more years of SaaS sales experience in the Freight and Logistics industry preferred.
  • Track record of success carrying an Enterprise level quota
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
  • Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market within a competitive landscape.
  • The ability to build and maintain a strategic outbound motion.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Must have advanced G-Suite and MS Office skills, ability to create and maintain reports and presentations.
  • Strong prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and consultation skills.
  • Ability to develop and expand a portfolio of clients by networking and marketing.
  • Ability to perform at a high level with minimal management involvement.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A book of business and/or client and network following is a plus.

    Operations Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Validate and Insert shipments data by reviewing and inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
    • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
    • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
    • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

                Frontend Engineer / Sr. Frontend Engineer

                Opportunity:

                The Frontend Engineer will be part of the engineering team that is responsible for the development of all the KlearNow.AI products. You will build fabulous looking high performing user interfaces from the designer’s user stories and wireframes.

                Experience

                • Demonstrate a passion for developing well architected, elegant, applications running on any desktop, laptop, tablet and mobiles device (iPhone, Android)
                • Strong UX and design sensibilities
                • Excellent knowledge of web and mobile technologies such as (ReactJS, React Native, Redux, HTML5, CSS, UI/UX development experience)

                  Devops Engineer / Sr. Devops Engineer

                  Experience and responsibilities:

                  • Manage all aspects of CI/CD using Jenkins pipelines, GitHub, Spinnaker.
                  • Configure and maintain Infrastructure orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform onto AWS platform.
                  • Manage Apache Kafka for event streaming and REST Proxy.
                  • Manage and develop EFK stack for improved logging and monitoring.
                  • Develop monitoring dashboards using tools like Prometheus, X-Ray, DataDog and Grafana.
                  • Support DevOps processes for Spring Boot, Gradle, Maven, python and Go based microservices deployment.
                  • Automate and improve existing processes using scripting languages like Shell script, python, groovy, etc.
                  • Work with a specialized team of DevOps and SREs to maintain and improve tech stack.
                  • Oversee release cycles and co-ordinate with Engineering and Operations teams.
                  • Investigate and implement cutting edge tools, best DevOps practices.
                  • Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure, DevOps and application processes as needed.
                  • Provide reporting that provides appropriate context to multiple audiences including product owners, engineering, and CS teams.

                  Qualifications:

                  • 3-5 years of experience “doing” DevOps, including working at large scale with real, highly concurrent, user traffic across multiple data centers and regions.
                  • Experience in deploying and managing infrastructure architecture on Cloud.
                  • Experience supporting production traffic on AWS.
                  • Excellent Linux system administration and automation skills (Python, Bash etc.)
                  • Passion for implementing best practices with a focus on security.
                  • Solid hands-on skills with at least 75% of the following:
                    • Servers: Apache, Nginx, Elastic Search, Cassandra, RocksDB, etc
